A four-storey residential building on an area of 150 m2, combined with a gym and an accessible roof area for yoga classes. We were faced with the task of designing the ground floor for the sports business, and the two higher floors for the owners’ accommodation. Visitors to the gym, however, were to be provided with access to the roof for outdoor activities, not entering the residential part. The building has four levels, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, two locker-rooms, and two study rooms.
